What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Don’t forget your receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?
Easy! Email us at Bryant@VictoriaSusan.com to begin. Once approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Note: Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Where do I send my return?
We’ll provide the return address once your return is approved.

Can I return a sale or Final Sale item?
No returns are accepted on Final Sale items. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Oh no! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away at Bryant@VictoriaSusan.com so we can make it right.

Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way? Return your item and place a new order for what you want. That way, we don’t risk your new favorite piece selling out!

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it is, your refund will go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Heads up: it may take your bank or credit card company a little extra time to post the refund.
